Bitfinex collaborated with Bitrefill to enable its customers to shop using Bitcoin.

This way, Bitrefill’s customers can use Bitcoin to pay for a variety of services, such as gaming, dining, entertainment, and travel.

Bitfinex and Bitrefill will be using a customized Lightning-channel setup to open large channels and automatically settle payments. Due to that, B2B credit term relationships won’t be needed, providing better flow and reliability for the customers.

The initiative aims to empower the Bitcoin circular economy along with the commitment to building the new digital economy.
