ANT Group put on the map a new Alipay Plus Unified Payment, a complete, globally scalable payment solution, according to Crowdfund Insider.

It will help buyers collect money much more efficiently through digital payment methods supported by Alipay Plus. It will also help worldwide merchants serve clients with a vast array of innovative digital payments and customer-focused marketing solutions. This beneficial upgrade will help merchants have a reach of more than 1 billion consumers. All users will be able to make payments in local currency wherever the Alipay Plus label is present in the short view. After the successful integration of Alipay Plus, customers will see this payment method when they pay for a purchase.

This product upgrade began its pilot phase in May 2022.
