Global human resources company Robert Half conducted research revealing how employees feel about their current working conditions.

Our lives have changed as a result of COVID-19, including how we work. When companies open their doors again, 'business as usual' will be different. Employers and their teams have been resourceful in operating from dispersed locations, and there are going to be important lessons learned that will guide future collaboration
Paul McDonald, senior executive director of Robert Half

According to the data, 77% of people surveyed are currently working from home.

At the same time, parents working remotely more likely than peers without children to report having a better work-life balance.

They also gained more knowledge about tech and deepened relationships with their coworkers. Therefore, 78% of all people surveyed think they will be ready to support or cover colleagues who need to be physically absent in the office.

We’ve reported that due to the fact that markets recover amid the COVID-19 pandemic, US billionaires expanded their wealth by over $406 billion.
