Brack.ch is now also a drugstore
Swiss retailer Brack.ch, which totally relaunched its online shop two months ago, has entered the market of drugstore articles. Customers can now order health products, natural cosmetics, and other drugstore products at the Swiss e-commerce platform, Ecommerce News reports.
Thousands of drugstore items are now available from stock at Brack.ch. And the offer will be massively expanded by the end of this year, the company has?announced. Currently, products from over 500 brands can be found in the online store. From nutritional products to wound care and from lenses to cosmetics and cleaning products.
For health products, it offers exclusively those from category E, which may be sold in retail outlets without any specialist advice. According to Brack.ch, many of these products are currently available more in traditional drugstores rather than in supermarkets or online.
Brack.ch not only wants to attract customers looking for drugstore items with speedy delivery, a wide assortment or competing prices, but it also wants to convince them through competence in this new segment. Through carefully written product information, filters, skin type-specific product selection, and editorially prepared consulting content, customers should be able to find the right products. Customers can also drop their questions at trained people by phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat or social media.
The company has high expectations for its latest product range. By the end of this year, the 13-member business unit Supermarket & Drugstore wants to have 15,000 products available in the online store.
In March of this year,?Brack.ch relaunched as an online department store. Before, it focused solely on consumer electronics, but now it has become an Amazon-like retailer that sells a wide range of products. Brack.ch is now, similar to Galaxus, one of the country’s biggest online department stores.
