Report reveals the share of cross-border e-commerce in Europe

According to Ecommerce News, the overall online cross-border market in Europe represented a turnover of €108.75 billion in 2019. That’s an increase of 14.4% compared to one year before.

At the same time, the cross-border share represents 23.55% of total online sales in Europe, which is similar to the previous year.

Cross-Border Commerce Europe has created a list of the strongest e-commerce companies in Europe with a focus on cross-border performance.

Compared to the top 10 of 2018, there are some significant changes. Lego, C&A, Smyths Toys and TomTom entered the list, while Pandora, Thomann, Jack & Jones, and Swarovski dropped in the rankings.
