People born after 1995 are a major force frequently using this means of payment
According to En.People.Cn, 98% of Chinese consumers consider mobile payments as their most often used payment methods in 2020, up 5% from 2019.
Indeed, 85% carried out a payment through scanning a QR code which is 6% higher than the same period in 2019.
The data revealed that Chinese consumers on average made 3 mobile payments each day last year, said the report.
