About 27% of Americans are fully vaccinated
The research from Eagle Hill Consulting has found that 49%?of working Americans believe that employers should require vaccination proof for those employees returning to the workplace.
Similarly, 48% of workers agree that employers should require vaccines, while 53% of them believe employers should offer vaccine incentives to their employees. Meanwhile, 35% say non-vaccinated employees should not be permitted to work in-person with co-workers.
The survey has also revealed that 55% of workers say non-vaccinated employees shouldn’t be given special allowances to work from home.
Along with that, close to half of workers (44%) say non-vaccinated employees shouldn’t be allowed to travel for work.
At the same time, 39% of US workers say non-vaccinated employees should not be permitted to work in-person with customers.
More than one-third of workers (35%) say non-vaccinated employees should not be allowed to work in-person with co-workers. The majority of workers (83%) say non-vaccinated employees should be able to stay with their employer.
PaySpace Magazine anticipates that businesses are likely to experience harsh times due to their COVID-19 vaccination policies. As we can see, there’s a vast part of people refusing to take a jab thus jeopardizing the safety of their co-workers.? At the same time, those businesses that make COVID-19 vaccination mandatory are likely to be accused of violating human rights.
