The National Association for Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) L’Atitude conference illustrated mind-blowing AI use cases for tech-savvy real estate agents.
Attendees at the NAHREP conference that took place on Friday, Sept. 13, had a chance to witness the amazing ways AI can help real estate agents in their daily activities.
Ron O’Neil, owner and CEO of AI Intelligent Solutions and a beta tester of ChatGPT, presented the most relevant innovative AI use cases to the industry representatives. The examples included:
- AI that can create multiple output types like captions, emojis, hashtags and images for social media presentations and targeted campaigns;
- Highly humanised AI avatars for agents and computer-generated professional video voiceovers with the inflexions and nuances of real speech;
- Creating lengthy AI promotional videos from text prompts, voice samples, and any relevant video footage/graphics;
- AI song generators for property listing commercials;
- AI translation of original social posts, videos, songs, and other content into 120 different languages, which directly modifies the original inflexions, accents, rhythms, eye movements and lip movements to fit the chosen language.
Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky has earlier outlined the benefits of artificial intelligence for the real estate sector. Using the example of the company he heads, Chesky explained how algorithms help find the best deals, improve the quality of available listings and identify problematic guests, including those who tend to have house parties at rented properties or do some damage to their temporary dwellings.
